Maddie Coffman joined Partner Community Capital (PCAP) in January 2022 as the Business Services Coordinator located in West Virginia. She works with small enterprises and entrepreneurs to coordinate technical assistance that supports communities in West Virginia and North Carolina.

Before joining PCAP, Maddie worked at a large financial institution, where she brings to PCAP a wide range of banking for nonprofit and for-profit organizations.

She received a B.S. in Business Administration from Shepherd University.
