PCAP aims to help food system entrepreneurs and organizations address barriers to sustainable growth and access emerging market opportunities, by providing in-house and contracted business advisory services and training expertise. 

PCAP supports local food networks and community groups through mentorship and capacity building activities, in addition to collaborating and planning with strategic partners at the state and regional level.
