CHARLES TOWN, W.Va. — Partner Community Capital (PCAP), a mission-driven lender that connects capital with opportunity to build stronger Appalachian and Southeast communities, is proud to announce the appointment of LaKeisha Kennedy-Flores as its new Chief Operating Officer.

Ms. Kennedy-Flores brings over 15 years of leadership experience in operations, nonprofit strategy, and public health, with a strong emphasis on equity, systems change, and community empowerment. Prior to joining PCAP, she served as Chief Operating Officer at Solidaritus Health, where she oversaw multi-state operations and expanded healthcare access for union members and their families. Her leadership roles reflect a commitment to fostering transparency, aligning operations, and delivering measurable impact.

As Chief Operating Officer, Kennedy-Flores will oversee the organization’s internal operations and help drive strategic growth, ensuring PCAP continues to deliver innovative financing solutions for underserved entrepreneurs, small businesses, and value chains in West Virginia, North Carolina, and beyond.
