Partner Community Capital Welcomes New Board Members 

Charles Town, W.Va.  — Partner Community Capital (PCAP), a leading provider of lending solutions and support to businesses that strengthen communities in Central Appalachia and the Southeast, is pleased to announce the addition of two new members to its Board of Directors: Dwain Neeley, Senior VP of Community Lending for Fahe in Oak Ridge, TN, and Gat Caperton, CEO of Gat Creek in Berkeley Springs, WV. 

Neeley brings a wealth of experience from his work with Fahe, a network of organizations dedicated to improving the quality of life in Appalachia through housing, education, and economic development. His deep understanding of community development and financial expertise will be invaluable in guiding PCAP’s mission to support underserved communities. 

Caperton, CEO of Gat Creek, a nationally recognized furniture manufacturer based in West Virginia, has been a strong advocate for rural economic development. His leadership in sustainable business practices and commitment to local job creation aligns with PCAP’s values of fostering economic resilience and opportunity in rural areas.
