Aaron Howell, Senior Vice President and Chief Credit Officer at Bank of Charles Town, brings over 15 years of expertise in commercial lending and financial management. Anthony Edwards, Senior Vice President and Regional President at Skyline National Bank, has a strong track record of supporting small businesses and rural economic development in the Appalachian region. Steven Clevenger, Senior Vice President at Truist, his strategic perspective and dedication to sustainable economic growth align perfectly with PCAP’s mission to make a meaningful impact in the communities it serves.
