Partner Community Capital Welcomes Three New Team Members Across Lending and Business Services

CHARLES TOWN, W.Va. — Partner Community Capital, a mission-driven lender supporting small businesses and entrepreneurs across the Southeast and Appalachia, has announced three new hires: Yaselin Gonzalez, Jessica Ice and Christopher Burg.

Gonzalez joins the organization as Business Lender II for Western North Carolina. In her new role, she will work directly with small business owners and entrepreneurs to expand access to flexible, affordable financing that supports local economic growth and wealth-building in communities.

Ice, Ph.D., has been named Senior Program Manager for the West Virginia Women’s Business Center. She will lead programs focused on training, technical assistance and resources for women entrepreneurs across West Virginia, with an emphasis on equity and innovation.

Burg joins PCAP as Business Services Coordinator. He will support the organization’s growing portfolio of business advisory and technical assistance services by managing key program operations and ensuring small business owners receive the guidance they need to thrive.
