ASHEVILLE, N.C. – Partner Community Capital (PCAP) is proud to announce that Yaselin Gonzalez, Business Lender for the Asheville, North Carolina office, has been selected to join the Fall 2025 North Carolina Leadership Forum through Duke University.

The North Carolina Leadership Forum brings together a diverse group of leaders from across the state to engage in constructive dialogue around key policy issues and explore collaborative solutions that strengthen North Carolina’s communities and economy.

“Yaselin’s selection is a reflection of her dedication to building stronger, more inclusive local economies,” said Erika McGilley, Chief Lending Officer at Partner Community Capital. “Her leadership and passion for helping small businesses thrive make her an outstanding representative of PCAP and the communities we serve.”

As part of the Forum, Gonzalez will join leaders from business, government, education, and the nonprofit sector to address pressing statewide challenges and identify actionable opportunities for growth and innovation.
